           Defendant admitted negligence in this rear end collision case which took place on the exit ramp from Interstate 75 south bound to Mercer University Drive. Plaintiff did not leave the scene by ambulance, but did go to the Medical Center of Central Georgia emergency room later in the day. She had some treatment with her personal physician, who prescribed physical therapy. She also had treatment from Dr. David Reise, a chiropractor. The defense challenged causation based on minor impact and minimal property damage to the vehicles. Plaintiff’s case consisted of her own testimony, the testimony of her mother as a before and after witness, and the live testimony of Dr. Reise. Defendant testified in his own behalf. The jury deliberated about 45 minutes before reaching a verdict.
