           Defendant admitted liability based on her failure to yield the right of way when exiting a Burger King parking lot on Bloomfield Drive. Ms. Mosley was the driver of her car in which her daughter Ronneisha was one of three passengers. Both Plaintiffs received treatment at the Medical Center of Central Georgia Emergency Room and later received treatment from Dr. David Reise, a chiropractor. Plaintiffs’ case consisted of their own testimony and the live testimony of Dr. Reise. Defendant presented no evidence.
