OTHER INFORMATION:

Plaintiff was sitting in her vehicle at a red light on Harrison Road at Eisenhower Parkway when Defendants collided in the intersection in front of her and Defendant Hancock's vehicle struck Plaintiff's vehicle. Defendant Wood was westbound on Eisenhower Parkway and testified she had a green light. Defendant Hancock was eastbound on Eisenhower Parkway and testified he had a green arrow allowing him to make a left turn onto Harrison Road. An independent witness testified Defendant Wood had a red light as she approached and entered the intersection, thus supporting Defendant Hancock's position. Plaintiff, who had a prior knee injury, was taken home from the scene by her father. She went to the urgent care center later that evening, followed up with her private physician, and then went to see Dr. Bill Barnes who later did surgery on her knee. Plaintiff's case consisted of her own testimony as well as the testimony of her parents, the investigating police officer, and the independent witness. Plaintiff also presented the video taped testimony of Dr. Bill Barnes. Defendant Wood testified and also presented the testimony of the traffic signal engineer for Macon, Bibb County, the physical therapist who treated Plaintiff, and Defendant Hancock for cross-examination. Defendant Wood also presented the deposition transcript of Plaintiff's treating physician from the urgent care center. Defendant Hancock testified in his own defense.
