Plaintiff was walking down Riverside Drive at 9:30 p.m. with two other people when she started to cross Hudson Street. She testified that Macon Police Officer Darren Marcus struck her while driving his police cruiser. Plaintiff testified that Defendant's headlights were not on. Officer Marcus denied that there was any impact with his vehicle and Plaintiff. Plaintiff's case consisted of her testimony, the testimony of her friend who was walking with her, the testimony of her daughter, and a medical narrative from Dr. Harvey Jones. Defendant testified and also presented medical narratives concerning diagnostic test results on Plaintiff which were largely normal.
