Defendant admitted negligence in this rear end collision case which involved relatively minor impact. Plaintiff was taken from the scene by ambulance to the Medical Center of Central Georgia Emergency Room, where she was treated and released. She went to see Dr. David Reise about nine days later and treated with him on a sporadic basis through January, 2001. Plaintiff's case consisted of her own testimony and the live testimony of Dr. Reise. The defense presented no evidence but challenged the causation of Plaintiff's alleged damages.
