Defendant admitted liability as a result of pulling out in front of Plaintiff on Gray Highway at the Arby's restaurant. Plaintiff sustained numerous broken bones and nerve damage in the sacral region of the body. The nerve damage affected his bladder, bowel, and sexual functions. He went through a prolonged period of recovery before he could return to work. He has permanent injuries for which he was given a 60% impairment rating. Plaintiff's case consisted of the testimony of himself, his wife, a former co-worker, and a number of doctors by video deposition and in Court. Defendant presented no evidence.
