OTHER INFORMATION:

Plaintiff was in a fairly serious automobile accident in Forsyth and was being transported by ambulance to the Medical Center of Central Georgia emergency room. The ambulance had a collision with Defendant's vehicle at the intersection of Forsyth Street and the I-75 off ramp. Defendant had a green light, but the ambulance had its siren and lights on and stopped before proceeding through the red light. The collision was fairly minor, but Plaintiff contended she had some additional injuries from this second accident. Plaintiff's case consisted of the cross examination of Defendant, her own testimony, and the testimony of the ambulance driver, the emergency medical technician, the investigating police officer, and two family members. She also presented the testimony of Dr. Steven Walker by reading of his deposition and the medical narrative of Dr. Dellacona, who was the emergency room physician. The defense presented no evidence.
