           Plaintiff was rear ended as he sat at a traffic light on Pio Nono Avenue at the intersection of Hightower Road. Plaintiff’s car was hit in the rear when Defendant rear ended another vehicle and knocked it into Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken by ambulance to the emergency room and later had treatment with Dr. Clark Stull, a chiropractor, and he was also seen later by Dr. Steven Barnes who did three steroid spinal injections. Plaintiff hit his mouth on the steering wheel and had a tooth repaired by a dentist, Dr. Margaret Hartwig. Plaintiff’s case consisted of the testimony of his brother and a friend as before and after witnesses, his own testimony, the live testimony of Dr. Hartwig, a medical narrative from Dr. Stull, and the cross examination of Defendant. Defendant testified in his own behalf. Defendant questioned whether his impact with the car behind Plaintiff caused the collision and any injury to Plaintiff. The jury deliberated about 4 hours before reaching a verdict.
