Property owners that desire to have their property or its value reviewed for ad valorem tax purposes must complete a property return form by April 1. Failure to file a return will prevent the Board of Tax Assessors' from granting a review. Information on filing a return can be obtained from the Board of Assessors' office or the Tax Commissioner's office. Return forms can be downloaded from this website.
Owners of tangible personal property (boats, airplanes, furniture, fixtures, inventory) who have previously returned property should have received a tax return form to make additions and deletions. Owners making their first return may download a form from our website.
