BIBB COUNTY PROBATE COURT
OFFICIAL WEB SITE
The Probate Court exercises jurisdiction over the administration
of estates of deceased persons, the appointment of guardians and
/ or conservators for incapacitated adults and minors, and the the
involuntary treatment of persons suffering from mental illness and
/ or abusing drugs or alcohol.
The Probate Court also issues certain licenses and permits and performs
certain administrative duties.
The Probate Court of Bibb County is an "Article
6 Probate Court."
